The company was founded in 2024 by a small but dedicated team of wood artisans and interior designers who share a passion for nature-inspired furniture. Our mission has always been to create functional art – furniture that is not only beautiful to look at but also designed to serve a practical purpose in everyday living.

Our workshop is based in Austin, Texas, at 13635 Rutledge Spur, Apt 8104, Austin, TX 78717. Covering a space of approximately 2,500 square feet (232 m²), the facility is equipped with modern CNC cutting machines, industrial sanding systems, oil and varnish finishing rooms, and a small showroom for product testing and presentation. By combining advanced tools with traditional craftsmanship, we are able to deliver both precision and authenticity in every bookshelf we make.

Our main customer base consists of individuals across the U.S. who appreciate handcrafted quality and sustainable design. Most of our buyers are between the ages of 28 and 45, professionals and young families who value rustic, natural, and eco-conscious décor that reflects their lifestyle and personal taste. For them, our furniture is more than just storage – it is a centerpiece that transforms their living spaces into warm and unique environments.

Our Products – Handmade Wooden Bookshelves

At the heart of Luxzagap’s identity is our collection of handmade wooden bookshelves, inspired by the organic beauty of trees and branches. We focus on two main product lines:

Ready-to-Ship Designs form the foundation of our offerings. This collection includes our signature tree-shaped bookshelves, branch-style wall racks, and floating wooden shelves. Each piece is pre-designed, produced in small batches, and kept in stock to ensure fast delivery within the U.S. Customers who need quick shipping for gifts, seasonal décor, or home renovations can rely on this line for both convenience and craftsmanship.

Custom-Made Creations reflect our belief that every home deserves something personal. For clients seeking a tailored solution, we offer the option to customize dimensions, branch layouts, surface finishes, or even include unique hand-carved details. On average, a custom project requires 3–4 weeks from design consultation to delivery, depending on complexity. This flexibility allows us to serve homeowners, interior designers, and boutique hospitality spaces looking for distinctive wooden furniture.

What truly sets Luxzagap apart is our choice of materials and technical standards. We source premium pine, oak, and reclaimed driftwood from trusted suppliers across the U.S., all with transparent origins and sustainability certifications. Each bookshelf is built with shelves measuring 25–35 mm in thickness, capable of supporting loads up to 40–60 kg per level, depending on the design. Surfaces are treated with eco-friendly, natural oils to protect the wood from termites and humidity while preserving its original texture and grain.

Durability is a key priority. Our bookshelves are built to maintain their form and strength for years, resisting warping or cracking when cared for properly. Cleaning and maintenance are simple – a soft dry or damp cloth is enough to remove dust, while we advise customers to avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or placing the furniture in overly humid areas. With basic care, our bookshelves become timeless companions in the home.

Craftsmanship & Quality Control – Built with Care from the Start

At Luxzagap, we believe that exceptional craftsmanship begins with premium materials. All of our wood is sourced from reputable suppliers across the United States, including Rockler Woodworking & Hardware (Minnesota), Baird Brothers Fine Hardwoods (Ohio), and Bell Forest Products (Michigan). Before entering production, each plank is carefully inspected for moisture content (maintained between 8–10%), wood grain, structural strength, and overall quality. This ensures that every finished piece remains stable, durable, and naturally beautiful.

Here, each product goes through a meticulous process: precision cutting, surface preparation, fine hand-carving, and final finishing with protective oil or varnish. These finishing touches not only highlight the unique wood grain but also protect the furniture from moisture, termites, and daily wear.

Every bookshelf undergoes a rigorous quality check before packaging. We test joint strength, weight capacity (each shelf is rated to hold 30–40 kg), and overall aesthetics to ensure consistency. For custom orders, we follow a structured process—consultation → design sketch → production → quality check—providing full transparency and customer satisfaction at every step.

We also stand behind our products with a clear return and replacement policy. If a product arrives with any defect caused by production or shipping, we offer a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost. This commitment to accountability reflects our belief that every customer deserves furniture that lasts for years to come.

Luxzagap operates with a small but highly specialized team of 18 members (as of 2024), combining design innovation with traditional woodworking expertise. Our team includes 3 interior designers, 10 skilled artisans and woodworkers, 3 quality control inspectors, and 2 customer service representatives. This lean structure allows us to remain agile, while ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and detail.

Our design department constantly develops new concepts inspired by nature, blending global décor trends with sustainable living values. On the customer side, we pride ourselves on fast, friendly, and reliable service. We guarantee responses to inquiries within 24 business hours through email, hotline, or live chat. Our support hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST, aligning with U.S. customer needs.
